DESIGN FEES

Per hour

Per Project
Retainer required to kick off a new project (held until the end of the project and returned in full or applied to the final bill)

PURCHASING

We pass along our trade discount on product, plus our 35% Purchasing Management Fee to cover all the purchasing and handling details on each order. The fee includes:

• Access to our trade resources and pricing
• Purchase order preparation and order placement
• Confirmation and expediting of vendor purchases
• Vendor correspondence regarding purchasing of product
• Client invoicing, reporting and status updates
• Overhead required to manage the purchasing process
• Scheduling deliveries and installations
• Time related to delivering or installing items purchased

All other activities such as design planning, sourcing and on-site meetings are covered by our hourly rate.
